Fueled by the adoption of Loom AI
Digital experience platform (DXP) vendor Bloomreach, an AI platform for personalization, surpassed $260 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) in 2025. Bloomreach recorded its strongest quarterly performance in company history, driven by the rapid adoption of its agentic platform, Loomi AI.
“Even amidst this rapidly changing technology market, Bloomreach is seeing phenomenal growth. That’s a testament to the value Loomi AI is delivering for customers. Using AI to personalize the customer experience has been our mission from day one, and as AI advances, the value we can provide just continues to compound. We were built for this moment,” said Bloomreach co-founder and CEO Raj De Datta.
