Bloomreach Launches Rich Communication Services

Interactive experiences within native messaging apps

eCommerce-focused DXP Bloomreach has launched a new SMS marketing feature. Bloomreach’s Loomi AI powers the new feature, Rich Communication Services (RCS), and allows brands to deliver richer, more interactive experiences directly within native messaging apps. RCS will enable real-time, two-way conversations beyond traditional SMS and bridge the gap between iOS and Android users.

“Adding RCS to our existing roster of mobile messaging channels means brands can continue to use Bloomreach as the single solution for their entire omnichannel strategy,” said Bloomreach CMO Amanda Cole.

Elsewhere, Bloomreach was also named a Visionary in a Gartner report, and GenAI could change DXPs forever.
